Does any one know how many extra tickets are given out for each screening. For example, if the theater will seat 100 people, how many tickets will they given out. |

| Depends
|
| It depends on how popular the movie is. For something like Ironman, it will be very low because a lot of people will want to see it. If its for an independent film, they will release more tickets because so many people take tickets but don't show up. |

| It depends. Alot of the passes give out usually say theatre is overbooked to ensure a full house.
Usually a few rows, 3 or 4, are reserved for press and other VIP's.
But most screenings I have been to are over booked. |
