| I don't know what to say. I had to stay in line for 5 hrs and at the end there were no tickets left for me to get in. What's the point of having the print-out screening tickets if had to exchange for another kind of ticket in order to get in? What happened? The guy in charge of this web site was at the premier too and he couldn't do anything. All he said was "sorry". Should have let everyone know 2 hrs earlier if you know there were not going to be enough tickets for everyone instead of saying "where you're standing right now has a good chance of getting in". You guys suck so bad!!!! |

| very disorganized!!! i'm grateful for the tickets, however, not knowing which way the line began or ended- coffee bean (hollywood blvd and orange) had no earthly idea about exchanging the tickets-
i too left because of the disorganized crowd- it was really frustrating to not know who to talk to to get an answer!!!!! |

| It was horrible. ... got there early... and noone had any clear information on where or how to get the tickets exchanged...just wasted time for no reason... |
