Synopsis:

What if mankind had to leave Earth, and somebody forgot to turn the last robot off? Academy Award®-winning writer-director Andrew Stanton ("Finding Nemo") and the inventive storytellers and technical geniuses at Pixar Animation Studios ("The Incredibles," "Cars," "Ratatouille") transport moviegoers to a galaxy not so very far away for a new computer-animated cosmic comedy about a determined robot named WALL•E. After hundreds of lonely years of doing what he was built for, WALL•E (short for Waste Allocation Load Lifter Earth-Class) discovers a new purpose in life (besides collecting knick-knacks) when he meets a sleek search robot named EVE. EVE comes to realize that WALL•E has inadvertently stumbled upon the key to the planet's future, and races back to space to report her findings to the humans (who have been eagerly awaiting word that it is safe to return home). Meanwhile, WALL•E chases EVE across the galaxy and sets into motion one of the most exciting and imaginative comedy adventures ever brought to the big screen. Joining WALL•E on his fantastic journey across a universe of never-before-imagined visions of the future, is a hilarious cast of characters including a pet cockroach, and a heroic team of malfunctioning misfit robots. Filled with surprises, action, humor and heart, "WALL•E" was written and directed by Andrew Stanton, produced by Jim Morris, co-produced by Lindsey Collins and features original and innovative sound design by Academy Award®-winner Ben Burtt ("Star Wars," "Indiana Jones," "E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial").

Was on the site in plenty of time
The site kept messing up, giving me incorrect log-in and password. By the time I logged in, the tickets were sold out. Little frustrating!

I think that they want...
Its really funny that at any point "OTHER" than the release of a movie, my password and email work. Why does it take you back to the registration page? Why doesnt it recognize you, when you've logged on 20 million times before the release, WHY?

What the heck?
I thought it was just me who had the same problem when logging on... what the heck happened? Now tickets are gone.... I don't understand!!!!!! So disappointing

jrquok Jun 17, 2008 @ 12:06 am 1   Good Poor
did anyone actually get these?
Just curious to see if anyone actually got these tickets from film metro... I get the impression film metro gets leftover screeners the studio can't move on their own, but they don't know how many they will have until their advertised "release date." I'm guessing they get no tickets, which is why it seems like NO ONE has been getting tickets to these "big" movies.

This makes no sense
Why couldn't these advance screenings be like Ratatouille from last year? That was so much simpler than waiting around this site to just to get caught up in low bandwidth and then get the severe disappointment of there being no tickets.

Did ANYONE Get tickets?
I had the same problem with Love Guru, Get Smart, and Now Wall-E. Very dissapointing when I was on the site 10 minutes early, refreshing to make sure I was logged in, only to get the same error AGAIN! Your login system is not working. In the future, please don't advertise screenings if you can't even offer tickets. Sad Sad day, I had hoped to suprise my daughter with tickets for her Birthday so she could see Wall-E early.
