| To whom it may concern;
I so appreciated the reminder to show up, but want you to know that I was among the first twenty people to arrive at the screening and was denied admittance after waiting in line for an hour because the representative claimed that someone else had my number. Although I explained that I had an original pass and asked her to check my name, she insisted she let someone ahead of me in with the number and there was nothing she could do. I offered to wait until just before the film started and asked if there was room if she would admit me then. Again I was refused (rather rudely, I must add). I learned later there were seats available and, as you may understand, I am really angry. Someone must have made a copy of their pass and put my same number on it.I'm certain that I am probably writing this in vain, but you should be aware that there are people out there who are getting away with a total disregard for the rules. I would appreciate your thoughts on this matter. |
