| waited 1 hour in line for nothing

| I understand that movie screenings overbook seats, but for goodness sakes, can't they do a head count before everyone gets in, we wait there an hour just to have 100 people be told that the theater is full. They need to be more respectful of our time and gas. I wasted gas, drove up to los angeles in 2 hour traffic, waited in line an hour, waste of my time and money. They sit there an hour, the least they can do is do a head count and not waste our time. At least the other movie screenings give us complimentary movie tickets in appreciation of our time waiting in line for nothing. |
