Well shucks… if ol’ Oliver Stone hasn’t jumped the band wagon with Michael More and the rest of the “let’s bitch about America” bunch. Any fool can criticize, condemn and complain. W is just another example of how most fools do. One would think Stone, with his history of movies which made you think, and having gone to the same college with W would of… could of… should of shared some insight into this W character. The film W stands for WRONG! There is no cardinal knowledge to be gained here what-so-ever. In fact, what some critics think Stone’s playing on the sympathetic emotion… for it’s not W fault to be surrounded by an incompetent staff. Stone exaggerates this point by his week selection of sheepish supporting actors. It’s unethical, immoral, and outrageous for a director to down play the real life roles of Cheney, Powell, and Rice just to express their BIASED opinion when the average (above or below) American who owns a TV knows better. The real question is what is the rest of the world going to think when they see this film? Hopefully, they will realize Stone is just saying something about himself. It’s obvious Stone has some kind of political agenda to do W. Why release a bio-documentary film about the current President just weeks before the election? If Stone had some insight into this Presidency, it sure the heck didn’t make it to the big screen. Meanwhile, as Stone joins the Lions for Lambs club, if you see this movie there is a very good chance you will by asking yourself why you spent the dollars to waste 2 hours and 9 minutes of your time. This film clearly identifies who is manipulating the arts media time and time again to promote their cause. Bottom line, your wanna be actors and politicians who go Hollywood are called DEMOCRATES. On the flip side, the actors who become politicians are called REPUBLICANS. Enough said.
