worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!!
I don't know what to say. I had to stay in line for 5 hrs and at the end there were no tickets left for me to get in. What's the point of having the print-out screening tickets if had to exchange for another kind of ticket in order to get in? What happened? The guy in charge of this web site was at the premier too and he couldn't do anything. All he said was "sorry". Should have let everyone know 2 hrs earlier if you know there were not going to be enough tickets for everyone instead of saying "where you're standing right now has a good chance of getting in". You guys suck so bad!!!!

The Premiere at Mann Chinese
I got there at 4 and there were already about 100 people in line. I had gone into the Mann Chinese to show them my ticket and ask where I was suppose to line up. Some girl told me to go downstairs to roll call. Well, it was blocked off and I asked a security guard who was snobby as **** and he said that you had to be invited to get tickets from roll call. So I went across the street where the line started at the Coffee Bean. I went to the front of the line to ask if it was the correct one and some people were there since 2. Some had the genuine passes with the New Line Cinema logo on it. Later, Power 106 handed out those some tickets out to pretty much anybody. I managed to get 1 but my family wasn't there yet so they missed out those tickets. Well, I thought that later on, a representative from Movie Filler, just like how they did at the Number 23 Premiere, would come by and collect the print out ticket in exchange for a genuine one. Little did I know, that never happened. I stood in line until the stars all left. Nobody came out and told us there were no seats. The organization of the event was AWFUL. Tourists were getting in line for a movie they weren't even going to see. The line might have moved and I didn't even know it. I wouldn't be surprised if they had room only for the first 10 people in line or something. If we hadn't had a chance to see Jackie and Chris upfront I would have had the worst experience in the world. It would nice if you guys actually gave a crap about us. It was hard enough reserving a ticket on this site. Even harder waiting in line, all for nothing.

The Good and Bad at the Premiere
This was my first and LAST premiere I'll ever go to. I think I will stick with promos that don't have the all the hoopla and confusion of a massive premiere with all these rude and pushy tourists around. I too got there at 4pm after driving an hour from Orange County. I had called Mann's earlier in the day and a manager told me that I would have to line up on the street. When I got there I was told by security to go over to the Coffee Bean. Found the line for ticket holders totally mixing in with hardcore tourists who camped out 3 hours early along the barricades with no kind of crowd control whatsoever. Had a spot right on the rail so when the ticket people came by I was in the perfect spot. Got a tix for a seat in Row 3, Far left of center. It was REALLY close to the screen and you had to look up. Celebs sat in the back half and there was free sodas and popcorn. In the future it would be nice if a Film Metro rep had a bullhorn or a HUGE SIGN indicating that you were in the right place in line. I was shocked I even got in. I was about 40th in line.

Question for those who got in
buzz435, how the hell did you get in. Me and my family of 11 were in line till 8 and no ticket representative came by. What was the representative wearing? Did the ticket have a big New Line Cinema logo on on side? Were they from MovieFiller and did you give them a printout of your ticket in exchange? Did you by any chance see if they had a lot of tickets and what store were you in front of in line? Sorry for all the questions but I would just like some clarification and closure to that awful day. I was in front of hamburger hamlet in line against the rail nobody came for us. I, too, got there at 4. ****in tourists messed it up big time. Standing in line for no reason whatsoever.
