| Why can't I download tickets?
|
| I went onto the site when tickets were available to Penelope and it would not let me download. It told me to register to download tickets, but I am already registered. How do you get tickets????? |

| I went to get tickets eariler in the week but there was a note saying not available untill the 22nd so on the 21st I waited untill 11:43 to check and it was already sold out so what's the deal? It wasn't even supposed to be on sale yet. |

| I had tickets to Penelope in Fresno last Tuesday, but they ran out of space before we got in. Now I see you have offered more and those are sold out. Shouldn't we be able to use ours the next time? |
