We Live in a society that is changing over time, We seem to want to destroy each-other with hate and ignorance. And we don't seem to want to stop and think that that person can be our brother, mother, sister, father or someone deeply closes to us.
Do you notice what is on television, radio or newspapers now at days?
Most of the times all the news talk about is how someone was killed either by a drive by shooting, drunk driving, for being different, either by gender, skin color or simply because they weren't liked or just simply because someone didn't fit into someone's beliefs.
There is a sickness eating away at the strength of humankind and that sickness is Hate. Daily, throughout the world men, women, and children are tortured, brutalized and murdered simply because of their beliefs, their race, their physical state, or their sexuality, and equally guilty as the perpetrators are those among us who remain indifferent or silent.
WHEN WILL IT STOP? WHO WILL STOP IT? WILL YOU?
Its on our control to make a difference, the decisions we make will affect us, as well as the new generation. If we don't' educate our kids and each-other about learning to love one another, We will destroy each-other until there is no more human beings.
It is so easy to hate someone because he/she doesn't fit in to what our beliefs are, than to try to educate ourselves about each-other and accept the fact that we are all different in one way or another.
Being different is what makes us unique and what makes us special from everyone else.
A friend of mine once said to me. The reason why we insult someone or hate someone for being different is because we get scared of what we don't' understand, and is easier to hate someone than to try to understand them.
Lets STOP the Hate!
How many people have to be killed for us to understand what hate does?
